I can trace the origins of this blog to four fateful words from my therapist, "you need to get a hobby". Friends suggested golf, tennis, and even a dance class. No, thank you! I chose to ignore the whole hobby suggestion for several weeks until I stumbled upon EPBOT . EPBOT is an insanely entertaining blog by Jen , who also created Cake Wrecks . It was late at night/early in the morning and I was more than sixteen hours into a twenty-four hour shift. I'm a resident physician, so my life involves a lot of twenty-four hour shifts. Those shifts involve a lot of delirious late night google searches. What possessed me to Google Harry Potter Christmas Tree ? I don't know. I've decided it was the spirit of Albus Dumbledore that moved me to type in those words, but it really doesn't matter.
